Milk + Honey is a small and beautiful treatment based spa based in the village of Sturton by Stow. I offer a range of therapies to help you to relax both your mind and body.

I began my beauty therapy career at Champneys Beauty College where I was awarded both Champneys Student of the Year and Cidesco Student of the year. Since then I have opened my own business to provide a high quality and luxurious experience for my clients.

I am also CIDESCO qualified.
